Who I am

I trained as a lawyer. BA LLB, the whole thing. I was good at it and I hated it.

What actually changed my life was fixing my own body, and the part that surprised me was not the training or the food. It was realising how much of what I had believed was just wrong. Stuff I had never questioned because everyone repeats it.

So I started coaching. Quietly at first. That turned into 2,000 odd people over the years, and the pattern was always the same. They did not lack discipline. They were drowning in bad information and blaming themselves for it. GQ India picked up the story back in 2018, which still feels strange to say.

unlearning.health is that work, built for people who have actual jobs. No 5am cult. No starving yourself. Just figuring out what is quietly wrecking your energy and your body, and taking it out.
